About the Product
Known for being one of the world's most well-balanced cocktails, the Moscow Mule was created in 1941 in Los Angeles as a result of a chance meeting between Russian immigrant Sophia Berezinski and two businessmen, John Martin, and John Morgan.
Sophia had immigrated to the US with a mission to sell her family's copper mugs. John Martin owned the struggling vodka company, Smirnoff. And, John Morgan owned the Cock’n’Bull pub on the Sunset Strip and was trying to introduce America to their first-ever taste of ginger beer. Over the next days and weeks, Sophia and the two Johns put their heads together - tinkering, tasting, and ultimately creating what we love and enjoy today as the Moscow Mule.
About the Maker
A Leisuremann's Moscow Mule celebrates the harmonious combination of ginger, lime, and vodka. On first taste, you will get a burst of lime-forward citrus followed by subtly spicy and sweet ginger. Best served over crushed ice in a copper mug and garnished with a lime wedge. Cheers!
