1/2oz fresh lime juice
Fresh mint leaves
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the rum and mint leaves (reserve some mint for garnish)
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold
- Pour into a Collins glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
