About the Product

Indulge in this bitters sampler pack and discover the full range of All the Bitters' award-winning alcohol-free bitters! They are the perfect addition to your favorite cocktail or can be mixed with soda water for a refreshing, bubbly drink.

Dispensed with a flourish from tiny bottles in dimly lit bars, cocktail bitters might seem mysterious, but at their core, they're really just the spice rack of the drink world. A dash here and a dash there can add depth and complexity to everything from a well-crafted cocktail to a glass of sparkling water.

Sampler Pack Includes:

Aromatic Bitters

These Aromatic Bitters are crafted with a blend of warm spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, paired with a touch of ginger and bitter gentian for balance. These bitters are perfect for adding depth and complexity to classic whiskey cocktails like the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Boulevardier, as well as with mixers like tonic or ginger ale. For a unique twist, try adding a few dashes to your beer for a spiced flavor experience.

Orange Bitters

These Orange Bitters will add citrus and spice to any cocktail. Made with 3 types of orange peel, cardamom, coriander, and lemon balm, they're perfect for gin martinis, Negronis, and Margaritas - with or without alcohol. Try them in wheat beer or iced tea with lemon!

New Orleans Style Bitters

These New Orleans-style bitters pay homage to 19th-century apothecary Antoine Peychaud and the vibrant cocktail culture of The Big Easy. With lively notes of anise, tart cherry, hibiscus, and rosehips, these bitters are a must-have addition to any bar. They're perfect for crafting classic Sazerac and Vieux Carré cocktails - whether you prefer them with or without alcohol. Just a few drops can work wonders in seltzer, tonic, beer, and alcohol-free red wine.

How to Use

To enjoy the full flavor of these bitters, give the bottle a good shake before use. Then, simply add 2-3 dropperfuls to your cocktail, sparkling water, tonic, beer, tea, coffee, or any other drink you choose. Give it a quick stir to incorporate and enjoy!

When using these bitters in cocktail recipes, we recommend 1 dropperful (to the 1 mL line) per "dash" called for. Please note that natural sediment may occur due to the use of only natural ingredients.

About the Makers

All The Bitter combines the tradition of classic cocktail bitters with organic, functional plants to create a unique blend that supports digestion, liver health, and detoxification.

Founders Carly and Ian Blessing are hospitality industry veterans who met at The French Laundry, where they worked together as sommeliers. After having kids and reconsidering their relationship with alcohol, they ditched booze and never looked back. They still love tasty drinks, though, so All The Bitter was born - premium bitters that can be enjoyed by those drinking alcohol, abstaining, and everyone in between.
