Try the Rhubarb Shrub in a marinade for ribs and serve a matching cocktail with tequila and a salted rim (may also induce blushing cheeks). It makes a mean Rhubarb G&T or try it mixed with bourbon and fruity bitters. The summer sky is the limit!
