Ingredients

• 2oz Empress 1908 Gin (if you want it to be purple)
• 1 oz Lavender Honey Cocktail Mixer
• 2 dashes Lemon Y Snicket Bitters
• 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

• Fill a shaker with ice
• Add spirit, syrup, and bitters
• Stir vigorously with a bar spoon or shake
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Garnish with a lemon twist or lavender sprig
