There's a lot going on here and it's a great thing. Tart and sweet, fresh fruit and botanicals play together for something special.

Ingredients

• 2oz Gin or Vodka
• 1/2 oz Lavender Lemon Shrub
• 1/2 oz Blueberry Lavender Simple Syrup
• 1-2 dashes Habanero Ginger Bitters
• Sparkling water

Directions

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add spirit, syrup, and bitters
3. Stir vigorously with a bar spoon or shake
4. Strain into a cocktail glass
5. Top with sparkling water to taste
6. Garnish with lemon twist
